5 Minute Peachy Eye with Too Faced Just Peachy Matte Eye Shadow

Your girl is back with another collaboration with Sephora inside JCPenney. What can I say, we just have a good thang going! Haha. This time around I’m talking about the new Too Faced Just Peachy Matte Eye Shadow Palette and few essentials from Too Faced. But, this palette… it’s everything!!

THE PALETTE

If you’re a Too Faced junkie then you’ll remember their Sweet Peach Palette that everyone was dying over. I’m not going to lie it was pretty amazing, but this new palette completely blows that outta the water. For one, the colors are matte. I’m all about a matte eye shadow because it hides “flaws” much better and lasts a little better throughout the day. Also, the colors are so on trend and perfect for fall. There are also a good range of colors in the palette, which makes it really easy to be the only palette you use. Because the colors vary, you can create a quick every day look or a fun dramatic look.

You can find this beauty exclusively at Sephora and at any Sephora inside JCPenney.

HOW TO

You’re going to want to start with the Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer. For the love of God, do not skip eye shadow primer. I’m not an extra step kind of girl either but, this is necessary. It keeps your eye shadow from creasing, running, or fading and makes the color more vibrant.

After I apply my eye primer, I apply the Peach Tea shade all over my eyelids. This just gives my eyes a good base to start with.

I’ll follow that with a combo of Peach Cobbler and Just Ripe in the outer corner of my eyes. Start to blend this color out towards the inside of your eyes. Don’t drag this color it all the way across your eyes, just to about mid-way. Take this color and blend it along your lower lash line. Again, only about half way. Use a clean fluffy brush and blend in the two colors. Blend. Blend. Blend. This is so important. You never want to see lines and separate colors. You want it to look like it’s a natural gradient of colors.

To finish off your look use Chocolate Dipper to outline the top of your eyelids. Bring this color from one end to the other along your lash line. Do this again on the bottom but only about halfway. Use your index finger to gently smudge this lash line you just drew on. Because, again, you want it to look soft and natural and not have such a hard line.

Finish your look with an eyelash curler and Better Than Sex Mascara and you’re done!! Easy peasy!
